Fishing Fury!

Posted by: typealice In: Daily| Fishing

Well, I got into my writing-mode a while back and wrote an article for my fiance and his best friend’s website, Fishing Fury.

The website was down for a few weeks because Jon donated it to help out with BME, but the site is back, and back with vengence!

The article may not be subject matter that everyone here is interested in, but if you are bored and want to learn some tips on How to Get Girls to Fish, please read it!

Great article; very well said! I do like fishing, but like you I’m not so keen about killing the fish. I also related very much to choosing “girly” lures (that may or may not work), wanting to take photos of everything I catch, oh and the bit about getting pissed off when he spends a ton of cash on fishing crap when he hasn’t shelled out that much cash on gifts for you - although that goes for any hobby really!

(I’m not sure if you meant that girls can’t pee off the side of the boat at all, or it just isn’t as easy - the next comment assumes the former) I do have to add that girls *can* pee off the side of a boat, it just requires good balance, and lack of modesty (you end up mooning anyone that can see you) - oh, and there’s a bit more performance anxiety, what with the cool breeze blowing and waves splashing your butt cheeks! It definitely does make the whole thing less appealing; maybe a special pee bucket could be taken along as a bribe? :)

Maybe it should say “We can’t pee off the side of a boat [easily]“. When I wrote that, I was thinking about a canoe, not a stable (and more expensive) motor boat. My mistake. :)

The product you’re looking for is already in production… it’s called the “LadyJohn”. Actually, it’s an adapter for the male-specific “LittleJohn”; for sailing racers who can’t leave the helm to take a leak.
Oh, and i liked the article too ;)… can’t help but wonder what other applications (other than fishing) that your instructional style might work with, lol!
