1980-1998
Born and raised in Nova Scotia.

1998
Moved to Ontario to attend the University of Waterloo.

1999
Finished short-lived university education and started her search for Self.

2000
Took a solo two-month trip around five European countries (England, France, Luxembourg, Greece, Italy).

2001
Moved to Luxembourg to work as an au pair and travelled solo around Belgium, Germany and Holland.

2002
Graduated CompuCollege in Halifax, Nova Scotia with an Honours Web Site Design Degree. Celebrated by taking an eight-day (2500+ mile) road trip through NS, NB, ME, MA, CT, PA, NJ, NY, NH, DE, PA and DC.

2003
Moved to West Africa's The Gambia to volunteer as a teacher and web site designer.

2004
Took third trip around Europe (England, Spain, Portugal and the South of France). Returned to Canada and moved to British Columbia.

2005
Made a career change and moved to La Paz, Mexico to work for BMEzine.com as a journalist.

Moved to the British Virgin Islands to enjoy the sunshine, ocean and most importantly, to sip pina coladas without guilt.

2006
Got engaged and remained in the BVI until July, and then moved back to Canada, but not before travelling to St. Maarten (which belongs to France and Holland) for a weekend getaway.

2007
Lived in London, Ontario and worked in the IT sector. In August she and her fiance' moved back to Nova Scotia in order to give birth to their first born, a beautiful boy.
